| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 21 except New York state and Michigan where it is 18. In all provinces and states except New York and Michigan drivers between 21-24 must pay a young drivers fee of USD 25 per day, In New York State drivers between 21-24 must pay USD 23 per day and in Michigan USD 14 per day. In New York state drivers between 18-20 must pay USD 80 per day and in Michigan USD 28 per day. In Manhattan authorized drivers who are between 18-24 are restricted to the rental of economy |
| Fuel Conditions:
| Your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. You may also have the option to pre-pay for full tank of fuel at the time of rental at the rate provided at the renting location. Cars should be returned empty and no refunds will be given for unused fuel. If you have purchased our Max product your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned empty (excluding Manhattan locations). |
| General Restrictions:
| Cars can be driven into Canada but must be returned to the United States unless a pre arranged drop off has been arranged. Vehicles rented in Alaska must be returned to Alaska. You are not permitted to drive into Mexico. |
| Included:
| All prices are fully inclusive of airport fee, breakdown assistance, collision damage waiver, environmental tax, local taxes, supplementary liability insurance, theft waiver, third party liability insurance, unlimited mileage and loss damage waiver. |
| Insurance details:
| If you have purchased one of our damage excess waiverproducts, you will be reimbursed for any charges paid from accidental damage caused whilst renting your car (subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).</B> |
| Picking up your car:
| Alamo require you to leave a credit card imprint on arrival as a form of the deposit. You and additional drivers must provide a valid passport and a full valid driving licence. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker. If the car cannot be serviced immediately, then you will be provided with a similar or upgraded replacement car. |
