| Minimum drivers age is 25. The maximum age for rental is 75. Drivers aged 21-24 will be subject to a surcharge of 7.00 eur per day, drivers between 71 and 75 will also be subject to a surcharge of 7.00 eur per day. | Fuel Conditions:
| Hertz supply all vehicles with a full tank of fuel. Client can also pay for the fuel at the time of pickup. If the car is returned less than full then Hertz will charge for the cost of the fuel and a refuelling charge. Fuel is a non refundable charge. |
| General Restrictions:
| Cars cannot be taken out of Malta. |
| Included:
| All prices are fully inclusive of airport fee, breakdown assistance, collision damage waiver, local taxes, theft waiver, third party liability insurance, unlimited mileage, vehicle licence fee and fuel: full to full. |
| Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of between eur 550 - 650 depending on the size of the car which will be debited from your deposit. If you have purchased one of our damage excess waiverproducts, you will be reimbursed for any excess paid from accidental damage caused whilst renting your car (subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).</B> |
| Picking up your car:
| United garage/Hertz require you to leave a credit card imprint to cover the insurance excess. The credit card must be in the name of the lead driver. Cash and debit card deposits will not be accepted. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker. If the car cannot be serviced immediately, then you will be provided with a similar or upgraded replacement car. |
