| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 21. There is no maximum age for rental. Drivers must have held a full national driving licence for at least 2 years. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. There may be certain restrictions if the driver has endorsements on their licence. We must be notified prior to your rental. |
| Fuel Conditions:
| Client will be provide with a full tank of fuel, client must either pay for this and return empty or not pay and return full. |
| General Restrictions:
| Cars are not allowed to be taken into former Eastern Europe countries withour upfront approval from supplier. In case of no compliance and theft or loss of vehichle in one of these countries the full cost of the vehicle will be charged. Winter tyres are mandatory in Luxembourg from 1st November - March 31st. Winter tyres are not included in your rental price, you must pay locally to our car hire partner. Charge is 6.50����� excl vat 15% per day. |
| Included:
| All prices are fully inclusive of airport fee, breakdown assistance, collision damage waiver, local taxes, theft waiver, third party liability insurance, unlimited mileage and fuel: full to full. |
| Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of between eur 500 - 900 depending on the size of the car which will be debited from your deposit. If you have purchased one of our damage excess waiverproducts, you will be reimbursed for any excess paid from accidental damage caused whilst renting your car(subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).</B> |
| Picking up your car:
| Budget require you to leave a credit card imprint to cover the insurance excess and fuel. This amount will be held on your credit card. Cash deposits will not be accepted. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker. If the car cannot be serviced immediately, then you will be provided with a similar or upgraded replacement car. |
