| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 18. There is no maximum age for rental. Drivers must be 21 for compact convertibles and all intermediate cars and above. For all other convertibles and all SUVS the minimum age is 25. Drivers aged 18-20 years must have held a full national driving licence for at least 1 day, 21-24 year olds must have held a full valid licence for 2 years and 25 year olds must have a valid licence for 3 years. Drivers under the age of 23 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 10 |
| Fuel Conditions:
| All vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full, otherwise a refuelling charge of EUR 3.51 per litre of petrol/diesel will be debited from your deposit. |

| All cars may be taken out of the country to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxumbourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland. You are not permitted to drive into Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia with car makes Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Porche and all jeep/off road vehicles. | Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of between EUR 750 - 950 depending on the size of the car which will be debited from your deposit. If you have purchased one of our damage excess waiverproducts, you will be reimbursed for any excess paid from accidental damage caused whilst renting your car (subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).</B> |
| Picking up your car:
| Sixt require you to leave a credit card deposit to cover the insurance excess & fuel. Cash deposits and debit cards are NOT accepted. Berlin,Cologne & Hannover will require an 'emission sticker'. Most vehicles will already have this sticker, if not, this can be purchased at most garages & is reimbursed on return of the vehicle. Without this the driver of the vehicle will be fined EUR40 even if the car is registered abroad. Winter tyres are required to drive in Germany from NOV 1-APR 1 |
