| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 21 for economy, compact (excluding estate cars) and 2 doors intermediate groups, all other cars have a minimum age requirement of 25. Drivers aged between 21-24 will be subject to a surcharge of DKK 80.00 per day.Drivers are entiled to have held a full national driving licence for at least 1 year. International licences are accepted. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. Endorsements are accepted. |
| Fuel Conditions:
| Your car will be supplied with a full tank of petrol and be returned full otherwise you will be charged for the missing petrol plus a refuelling charge of DKK 125. Charge is deducted accordingly from your deposit. |
| General Restrictions:
| All Danish residents are not allowed to hire in Danemark. Cars may be taken out of Denmark to Western European countries free of charge. We must be notified prior to your rental. You are not permitted to drive into Africa, Asia, Russia and Eastern Europe. From 1st November -31st March winter tyres are mandatory. Charged at 40 DKK per day plus vat, 2400 DKK plus vat per rental this is payable locally. |

| Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of DKK 5000 which will be debited from your deposit. If you have purchased one of our damage excess waiverproducts, you will be reimbursed for any excess paid from accidental damage caused whilst renting your car(subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).</B> |
| Picking up your car:
| Hertz require you to leave a credit card (in the name of the lead driver)imprint to cover DKK 5000. Cash and debit card deposits will not be accepted. If you will return the car for more than 29 min. later, you will have to pay a surcharge. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker.
