| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 19 depending on the vehicle. The maximum age for rental is 90. Drivers under 21 will be subject to a surcharge of 10 eur per day. Drivers must have held a full national driving licence for at least 1 year. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. Drivers with any endorsements on their licence are not permitted. |
| Fuel Conditions:
| Your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Missing fuel, charged at 3 eur per litre plus an additional 20 eur refuelling charge, will be debited from your deposit. |
| General Restrictions:
| Cars may be taken out of the country. You are not permitted to drive into Ex USSR countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and also Albania and Russia. If the vehicle is taken out of Czech republic there will be a special insurance that must be purchased at a charge of 20 Eur |

| All prices are fully inclusive of airport fee, breakdown assistance, collision damage waiver, local taxes, theft waiver, third party liability insurance and unlimited mileage. |
| Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged or stolen during the rental you may be charged an excess of 800 eur which will be debited from your deposit. The holiday autos damage excess waiver product, if purchased at time of booking, will cover you for damage excess that you may be charged in the event of an accident (subject to certain exclusions, see terms and conditions for details).</B> |
| Picking up your car:
| Budget require you to leave a credit card deposit to cover the insurance excess and fuel. This amount will be held on your credit card. Cash deposits will not be accepted. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker. If the car cannot be serviced immediately, then you will be provided with a similar or upgraded replacement car. |
