| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 21. The maximum age for rental is 99. Drivers must have held a full national driving licence for at least 2 years. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. All endorsements are accepted. |
| Fuel Conditions:
| Your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Missing fuel and a refuelling surcharge of 20% of the cost of the fuel will be debited from your deposit. |
| General Restrictions:
| Cars cannot be taken out of Brazil. |

| All prices are fully inclusive of airport fee, breakdown assistance, collision damage waiver, local taxes, theft waiver, third party liability insurance, unlimited mileage and fuel: full to full. |
| Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit by credit card in the name of the lead driver to the value of the insurance excess. If the car is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of between USD 1100 - 4000 depending on the size of the car which will be debited from your deposit. | Picking up your car:
| Localiza require you to leave a deposit in the form of a credit card imprint. The credit card must be in the name of the lead driver. Cash and debit card deposits will not be accepted. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker. If the car cannot be serviced immediately, then you will be provided with a similar or upgraded replacement car. |
