| Age/Licence restrictions:
| Minimum drivers age is 21. The maximum age for rental is 75. Drivers under 25 will be subject to a surcharge of USD 10 per day for all cars. Drivers must have held a full national driving licence for at least 1 year. Passports and return air ticket must be shown for identification. There may be certain restrictions if the driver has endorsements on their licence. We must be notified prior to your rental. International drivers licence required. |
| Fuel Conditions:
| You will not be required to leave a fuel deposit. Your car will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Missing fuel and a refuelling surcharge of USD 5 plus tax will be debited from your deposit. |
| General Restrictions:
| Cars may be taken out of the country to Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, and Bolivia. A permit must be purchased in advance.The permit cost is 80 and client must purchase at least 4 days prior to crossing border . We must be notified prior to your rental. Please be advised that there is a new temporary policy in place that cars are not allowed to cross the border from Argentina to Chile. |

| Insurance details:
| You will be required to leave a deposit by credit card in the name of the lead driver to the value of the insurance excess. If the car you rent is damaged during the rental you may be charged an excess of between USD 1995 - 3420 depending on the size of the car which will be debited from your deposit. | Picking up your car:
| Alamo require you to leave a credit card deposit to cover the insurance excess. This amount will be held on your credit card. Cash and debit card deposits will not be accepted. If your hire car breaks down due to no fault of your own during the duration of your rental, the cost of breakdown recovery will be covered by us, your car hire broker. If the car cannot be serviced immediately, then you will be provided with a similar or upgraded replacement car. |
