The Smeg DO81CBL-5 slot-in electric multifunction double oven includes a mixture of fan and grill elements that allow you to cook a variety of foods just the way you want.The main oven in the DO81CBL-5 cooks conventionally when a more gentle heat is required, such as baking cakes, while its Circulaire feature combines fan with the circular element around it for uniform heat distribution. This means less preheat time, no flavour transfer when cooking different foods at the same time, less energy is needed, and it cooks at 10% quicker than a normal oven. The defrost setting ensures slow and thorough defrosting of everything from meat to meringues.The secondary oven includes top and bottom heating elements and a variable grill which allow rapid cooking and browning of foods.
