Pea 'American wonder' (Pisum sativum) is a wrinkled, early sweet pea variety. A highly regarded early variety that can be cultivated without netting or canes, on humus-rich soils. This annual plant is low-growing making harvesting easy. Sow from mid-April onwards. Produces a large crop of long pods containing delicious sweet peas. Height 45 cm. Perfect for deep freezing.
