Gymstick™ is a simple, effective and versatile training aid for use in physiotherapy, fitness centres and clubs as well for independent, individual training at home. Gymstick™ can be used for all exercises that free weights are used in. It improves the functioning of the heart and circulation, strength, stamina, mobility, balance and fat burning. The 75cm latex tubes are attached to each end of the bar (130cm long) and the two free loops are fixed under the feet. The resistance can now be simply and easily controlled. Delivery includes a storage bag and exercise instructions.
