Very large, round, yellow fruits. Can grow to an enormous size and this variety is especially popular with competition growers! Has the capacity on putting on over 1kg of fresh weight every day, but to achieve this would need to be well fed and watered. A tasty variety that is easy to grow and great for making jack-o lanterns at halloween or putting in pies.Growing InstructionsSow indoors - March to May Sow outside - May to June (when the air temperature is above 5C) Pumpkins prefer rich, well-fertilized soil.Sow 2cm deep - lay seed vertically (if laid flat may rot off before germinating)Plant out June to July (if sown inside)Thin plants to 1m apart April to August (if sown outside)To fruit well they need to be planted with lots of room all around.Harvest: August to October. Allow the skins to harden in the sun before harvesting.
