It has excellent flavour.Growing Instructions:Sow outside - April to July when the air temperature is above 15CSow 2-5cm deep, 8cm apart in rows 30cm apart. Thin plants to 15/20cm apart, or sow in blocks with plants 15 cm apart each way. Plant with lots of organic matter at the roots and feed once in flower with a high-potash fertiliser to prolong cropping.Harvest - June to October
