Conde Galiana is the lastest sensation from Don Elias Gil. It's a bold, juicy red made with ultra-ripe, high-grown Syrah from vineyards in Catalunya's exclusive Terra Alta region (tipped by the Independent as the place to go for "really concentrated reds" ). It's even more concentrated in 2005, thanks to the best vintage in years ... high temperatures and low rainfall giving dense, flavour-packed wines. Terra Alta gets even more sunshine than South Australia ... no wonder Conde Galiana is so delicious! Deep ruby with the enticingly spicy bramble and blackcurrant aromas of classic Syrah.
