As well as making exclusive wines for us, owners Simeon Wines also run the premium Yaldara winery in the Barossa. Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon go hand in hand and it was the Aussies that first brought it to the world's attention. This is a lovely example from the concentrated 2006 vintage. Rich, ripe berry and plum flavours, with plenty of warm spice. Superb with chargrilled steaks and or beef stroganoff. |
