KYOcontrol Business Edition will provide efficient document security delivering the printouts and copies only to an authorized person and thereby preventing private or sensitive materials from sitting unattended and unclaimed at remote printers (the print jobs are stored encrypted on the print server). Every single copy/print job is accountable, giving a whole new financial security as well. This will also minimize waste and prevent documents piling up on devices when people forget to collect them. Reports can provide page volume information segment by a number of criteria (project, clients, users, department, dates, etc...). The primary purpose is likely to be cost allocation; however, the information could also be useful for fleet management - i.e. determining device usage and workloads, volumes of color output, etc. This kit includes: Quick installation guide; 1 CD-ROM: software and user guides; 20 KYOcontrol ID cards; Card reader with an external cable for connection to the I/O interface and key count cable; I/O interface for KUIO slot.
