What a wine! We were delighted when we first sourced this exclusive, hearty Shiraz from "one of the most successful family wineries in Australia" (Australian Wine Guide, James Halliday). Now we are thrilled to present the 2005 - a 5-Star Aussie vintage. This plump, inky dark Shiraz hails from prime sites where legendary Ned Kelly once roamed, and close to where the famous outlaw and his gang had their final shoot-out. Aromas of sweet plum fruit with smoky oak and hints of dark chocolate. The rich, spicy fruit is brimful of black pepper and stewed plum flavours. A smooth, opulent glassful that excels with roast meats.
