This classic Aussie Shiraz comes from the Rossetto family founded over 60 years ago. Tallowwood Creek is one of a number of exclusive small blends the family has made for us. Much of the Rossetto winery is traditional, including open fermenters that create rich Shiraz with great, deep colour and velvety tannins. Deeply coloured with aromas of plum, exotic spice and subtle French oak. Ripe fruit flavours and soft tannins make this wine perfect with barbecued meats and roasts.
