The Farms Shiraz is made just like in the old days - hand-picked grapes, fermented in open vats and basket-pressed for maximum flavour. A year in French and US oak adds smooth polish to the 'bible-black' berry and bramble fruit. A bottle to savour with haunch of venison, or rib of beef.
