The vines were taken from the great vineyards of Bordeaux and Burgundy, and subsequently the wines from Tarapaca encapsulate everything that is great about Chile - old world elegance and new world rich fruit depth. Medium-bodied with soft cassis and blackcurrant aromas lead to a soft, rounded mouthful of succulent black fruits, finishing delicately with a hint of spicy oak. Perfect with pasta in pesto, strong cheeses and roasted red meats. |
