Some of the finest Sauternes are crafted from pure Semillon - just like the luxuriously rich, golden LS from the better value vineyards of Bordeaux's Premieres Cotes. LS "shows what can be achieved when Semillon stands by itself" stated The Financial Times after triumph at a top French wine competition. Barrel-fermented for subtle oak nuances, it's now showing the benefits of a few years' bottle age. Wonderfully lush and complex with lemon curd and orange marmalade intensity.
