There are 5 cooking settings with recommended temperatures adjustable between 50ºC and 100ºC, taking away the guess work and producing perfect results. Also includes auto-defrost and auto-reheat settings and a programmable descaling function for efficient maintenance.Steam is created outside the food chamber until it reaches the required temperature where it is injected into the chamber, surrounding the food on all sides. The immediate and intensive exchange of heat ensures the food is heated very quickly and sealed instantly to retain all the vitamins, colour and natural flavour. Up to 3 cooking levels can be used simultaneously and there is no transfer of flavour from one dish to another.Suitable for installation in a 60cm wide wall cavity or base unit.
