The easy-to-read Series III LCD monitor allows you to set your heart rate zone manually or you can take advantage of a variety of built-in programs. Also stores 5 program settings for later recall. It removes all the body weight from the ankles, knees and hips, moving the limbs and joints through a full range of motion, from completely extended to completely contracted.
