This Garmin Forerunner 305 comes in a red, grey and silver colour. The sleek and stylish design of the Forerunner provides outdoor enthusiasts and runners with real time information and is designed to help them reach their personal fitness goals. The compact and lightweight design "wraps" the GPS antenna around part of the wrist so that the GPS receiver has a better view of the sky while training. The Garmin Forerunner unit has a 12 channel parallel high sensitivity receiver and comes complete with PC based Training Centre software, USB PC cable, A/C mains charger and internal lithium-ion battery. The Forerunner 305 additionally provides a wireless Heart Rate monitor (worn as a chest strap) which sends heart rate data to the unit.
