The V8426 is a compact 8MP camera with a 4x digital zoom and an 18x 13.5mm sensor. This camera can be used quickly and efficiently to take the picture that you desire.The V8426 has a built-in flash with a 100-400 ISO rating. It includes a histogram display, and has 4 scene modes for you to select from. You will be able to quickly switch from close up photographs to scenic shots. This camera comes with smile detection, face recognition and red eye reduction technology to bring out the best possible photos for both individual portraits and group pictures. The Vivitar comes with an image editing software package that allows you to crop, rotate or delete pictures on the 2.5" LCD screen. Leaving you with the best possible images for you to download.This camera comes with auto, manual and program exposure modes. You can set the timer to wait until you until you are ready and in position, then it will take take your picture. The V8426 has a continuous shooting speed of 8 frames per second, and can record video without sound.This Vivitar digital camera stores images on an SD storage device and is Pictbridge compatible, enabling you to print off pictures directly from your printer. There is a USB cable included with the camera for hooking it up with your PC.The camera remains waterproof up to 3m, making it safe for use in a swimming pool, in the sea or outdoors in the rain. There is a wrist strap to keep it safely attached to your wrist. The Vivitar V8426 provides you with 100 shots per battery charge.
