This is an On-Site installation service which covers: - 1 hour on site installation service for Laptop/PC/Printer set up (max 1 per install) - The engineer will load any Applications that the user has license for within the hour - Configuration to a standard network. - 2 working day SLA to site. **NB** Geographical restrictions: Any island off the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands (North and North West of Inverness), any requests to attend where expenses incurred (Ferry or flight etc) will have to be agreed and costs advised up front.
